Originally from British Columbia, Stefanos relocated to Ontario to pursue post-secondary education, earning an Honors Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University. While at McMaster, he was a member of the Varsity Football Team and spent three years working with a multidisciplinary sports medicine team, providing clinical and sideline therapy for the university’s Football, Rugby, and Soccer programs. Stefanos’s commitment and expertise in supporting athletes led to him being chosen as a member of the medical team for the 2022 U-sport East West Bowl, the all-star game for Canadian university football. He then went on to complete a brief internship with the BC Lions, Vancouver’s CFL team, gaining valuable experience working in a professional sport environment.

He is pursuing post graduate training in manual therapy, dry needling and high-performance training to continue to refine and enhance his ability to provide care.

Growing up playing football, rugby and lacrosse, Stefanos received extensive coaching in strength training, Olympic lifting and sprinting.
